Studio Hire

When planning and booking your studio shoot please remember to include your set up and take down time within your time scale. So if you book 2 hours this time must include setting up, shooting and clearing up so you do not run into the next booking and to avoid overtime charges. Please leave the studio as you would wish to find it, in a clean and tidy condition.

 

Studio Hire Opening Hours

Monday - Friday : 10am - 10pm

Weekends: 10am - 10pm

 

Studio Hire Fees

Studio Hire is £30phr this fee applies to weekdays and weekends

Mimimum booking is 2 hours

Booking Deposit

To make a booking a deposit of £50 will be required to secure the time and date that you require. The remainder of the booking fee is payable on the day of your shoot. Leaving a deposit is simple please use our PayPal service which is secure and instant.

 

Cancellations/Changes

If you cancel or move your booking you will be charged an administration fee.

7 days in advance - No fee

Less than 7 days - £25

Less than 48hours - £50

 

 

Payment Method

We only accept payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer, or Paypal, any alternative method of payment needs to be discussed before placing your booking.

 

Breakages & Damages

Please note that any breakages or damages to studio equipment, studio props, etc must be reported at the end of your booking and must be paid for.

Please note that Moments Studio will NOT be held responsible or liable for any accident caused by the hirer their staff or team whilst using the studio or equipment.
